Mentoring

Are you about to carry out your fire risk assessment or you have started but still not sure, then our unique Mentoring service may be for you; you may be considering attending a training course for fire safety management, however these can be costly and may not answer all the questions specific to your premises. Our Mentoring service is site specific; one of our qualified fire assessors will take you through the whole process from start to finish; we encourage you to complete the assessment with our guidance; we start by looking at your existing assessment (if available), then we tour your workplace with you pointing out all relevent areas required to be assessed; we will explain clearly to you technical issues so that all your fire precautions and any control measures are understood. This service is cost effective, as you complete the audit and assessment yourself we charge a time based fee (minimum half day). If you have not started your assessment - no problem we will provide you with a suitable fire risk assessment template free and guide you through each section. Once you have completed the assessment, we ask you to forward a copy to your mentor for checking (optional). On full completion we will send you a certificate of mentoring. Enforcing authorities encourage self assessment but recognise that competant assisstance may be required; give us a call, provide us with some basic information regarding your premises and will provide a free quotation
